Accuracy has always been the key!!

Why do agents go on about accuracy in quieter times, when even in a flourishing market, accuracy is still the key to sales success.
Always has been and always will be!

Is it because agents really don’t know their job as well as they thought they did?

At who’s expense is a wrongly priced property? Nobody wins from an inaccurately priced property. The ramifications can be very costly in more ways than one.

Why does the auction success (clearance – don’t you hate that word) rate in great times, at best reach only 50% to 70% when after 30 days of promotion it should be closer to 100%! Inaccuracy!!!

So the question is, how does one accurately find market value and price their property correctly for a win-win negotiation?
