Our rental services incude:...
· Advertising and marketing to attract an appropriate tenant.
· To check tenant's application and verify references in detail.
· To receive two weeks rent in advance and four weeks bond and forward to the tribunal.
· To attend to the tenancy agreement on your behalf, prepare relevant special conditions and advise the tenant of their obligations pursuant to that agreement.
· Keys are photocopied and tenant signs for keys received.
· To give to the tenant a copy of Form 5 required at law advising them of the obligations of both parties pursuant to the Residential
· Tenancies Act.
· To attend to the initial inspection in detail and record the water meter reading.
